4th Place!
Yes - this was the first time to the State Quiz Bowl and on May 3rd our Jr. Quiz Bowl Team earned 4th place at the State Goat Expo in Lansing.
While the day started a little slowly due to MSU campus graduations causing traffic delays, it was an eventful day and our youth from Kent County did a great job.
It was observed that our team was well balanced in answering questions(as compared to some teams where only 1 person answered questions) and that they had learned about goats (not just memorized sentences).
